Nigerian Broadcasting Commission is a parastatal of the Nigerian government that is responsible for regulating the broadcasting industry by following Act no. 38 of 1992 as amended by Act no. 55 of 1999 in the Nigerian Constitution. It was established on 24th day of August 1992.
